Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Develop, implement, and optimize warehouse audit procedures to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of inventory control staff, fostering a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze data for trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, production, purchasing, and logistics departments to streamline operations and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all inventory control policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Utilize and optimize inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) to enhance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a supervisory role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team supervision, training, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all levels of staff.
