Fly Ace Corporation, a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control & Systems Analyst to join our team in Novaliches, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and leveraging systems to drive efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and support the supply chain from receipt to dispatch. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy across multiple warehouses and systems.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
- Maintain and update inventory control systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, resolving variances in a timely manner.
- Generate inventory reports and dashboards for management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to implement system improvements and automation solutions.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for inventory management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics analysis.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
