Bestank Manufacturing Corporation, a trusted name in the Philippine manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join our operations in Iloilo City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and goods required for production are accurately tracked, stored, and delivered at the right time to support seamless manufacturing processes.
As an Inventory Controller, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining precise stock records. You will collaborate closely with procurement, production, and warehousing teams to ensure inventory accuracy, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Your analytical skills will help forecast demand and improve inventory turnover, directly contributing to cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory transactions, implementing best practices in stock control, coordinating material receipt and dispatch, and generating reports to management. You will also identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce carrying costs.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to support production schedules
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, slow-moving items, and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage inventory transactions in ERP system and maintain proper documentation
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage organization and material flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, FIFO, and cycle counting methodologies
