Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end inventory management of raw materials, including chemicals and salt.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain comprehensive digital inventory records using company systems to track stock levels in real-time.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports immediately to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with safety protocols, particularly regarding the handling and storage of chemical materials.
- Generate periodic inventory performance reports for management to support informed purchasing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Warehouse Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards and chemical handling protocols is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tondo, Metro Manila.
