Vacuumschmelze is currently seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join our manufacturing facility in Pekan, Pahang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational flow, ensuring that material movement is seamless, accurate, and optimized for maximum productivity.
As an Inventory Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our stock levels and warehouse data. You will work closely with production and logistics teams to prevent bottlenecks, minimize discrepancies, and support our commitment to high-quality manufacturing standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production requirements.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against the ERP/inventory system.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee the timely arrival and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze inventory movement data to identify trends, potential shortages, or surplus stock issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse organizational standards.
- Generate daily or weekly inventory reports for management to support informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Willingness to work in Pekan, Pahang and adapt to operational schedules.
