Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Conduct regular physical counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
