This critical role involves strategically balancing demand and supply to ensure seamless production workflows while minimizing costs. You'll implement robust inventory management systems, conduct regular audits, and analyze data trends to prevent stockouts and overstocking. - Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with production schedules and market demand
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability
- Develop and execute inventory reduction strategies while maintaining service levels
- Prepare inventory reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, etc.)
- Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
