Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and perform thorough reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and databases.
- Assist in the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to recommend stock optimization strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, shortages, and excess stock.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inventory coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and stock control.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
