Join Sketch Books Inc. as an Inventory Coordinator and become a vital part of our supply chain excellence team. You'll be the backbone of our logistics network, maintaining accurate stock records, preventing stock discrepancies, and ensuring timely product availability across our manufacturing and distribution channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely product distribution
- Monitor transportation routes and implement route efficiency improvements
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and procurement departments for inventory alignment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation systems
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Generate inventory reports for management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
- 1-2 years experience in inventory management or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
