Are you ready to shape the future of logistics and supply chain operations? Vuly Play is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Demand Planner (KL Hub) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
As a key player in our global business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust inventory and demand planning systems that power our operations across multiple regions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales forecasts and stock availability, ensuring that our products are where they need to be, when they need to be. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on our supply chain efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute accurate demand forecasts for multiple product lines and regions.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously to optimize stock and minimize holding costs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to align on inventory targets.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate and present regular performance reports on inventory turnover and stock variances.
- Manage safety stock levels to prevent stockouts while avoiding overstocking situations.
- Partner with the KL Hub team to streamline logistics operations and improve lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
