Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records at the Regional Distribution Center (RDC)
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to align inventory levels with projected sales
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor inventory turnover, stockouts, and overstock situations, recommending corrective actions
- Utilize inventory management software to track KPIs and generate performance reports
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or demand planning
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented approach to data management and reporting
