- Accurately encode packaging and shipping order data into inventory management systems
- Maintain and update inventory records with real-time transactional information
- Verify product specifications, quantities, and shipment details for data accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies and order issues
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company protocols
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with 99%+ data accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
