In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory data is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for seamless business performance.
As an Inventory Encoder, you will manage high-volume data entry, monitor stock movements, and collaborate with our warehouse team to maintain the integrity of our inventory systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input incoming and outgoing inventory data into the system on a daily basis.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment reports to prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to verify shipment documentation and delivery accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all inventory-related transactions.
- Prepare periodic inventory performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational or College degree in Logistics or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in inventory management, data entry, or logistics coordination.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify numerical discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bulacan, Central Luzon.
