Recruit Now is looking for a dedicated Inventory Executive to join a well-established company in the North Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to our logistics operations. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary up to $4,200 per month, inclusive of a $30 transport allowance and performance-based bonuses. As an Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our manufacturing and transport operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are optimized and data is updated in real-time.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Update inventory management databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering processes to prevent shortages.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse area to ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams regarding stock movements and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure all inventory documentation is filed correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks within a warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid identification for employment (Singapore context).
