- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent loss and theft
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
