In this critical position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory within our client's fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining robust inventory control systems, performing regular cycle counts, analyzing data to predict stock needs, and coordinating closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure a seamless supply chain.
A key tenet of this role is the strict enforcement of the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize waste and ensure the highest quality of goods dispatched. You will leverage your expertise in logistics to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and drive efficiency in all inventory-related processes. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced Excel is crucial, as you will be generating detailed reports on stock levels, valuation, and turnover rates to support strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse inventory operations, ensuring strict compliance with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles and quality standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy above 99%.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages) in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize reorder points to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accurate inventory data, receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports (e.g., stock movement, aging, turnover) to provide strategic insights for management decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements in inventory handling, storage, and data capture to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on inbound deliveries and returns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counting methodologies, and FIFO practices.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory compliance in a warehouse setting is an added advantage.
