Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of security equipment
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize space utilization and ensure FIFO compliance
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management review and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure security protocols
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods and special projects
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with security protocols and handling sensitive materials
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and inventory counts
