- Oversee all inventory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient daily functioning
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 99%+ stock accuracy
- Manage logistics coordination including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize inventory levels using demand forecasting and EOQ methodologies
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of inventory management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data trends
- Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain preferred
