Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Analyze inventory metrics and generate reports to identify trends, shortages, or overstock situations.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with procurement to streamline replenishment processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and warehouse best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and ERP software.
- Advanced analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, FIFO/LIFO methods, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address operational bottlenecks effectively.
