Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Manage the logistics of transporting materials and equipment to various project sites within the energy sector.
- Utilize ERP software to track shipments, manage warehouse data, and generate comprehensive inventory reports.
- Conduct regular audits and physical stock counts to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations departments to forecast demand and optimize supply chain workflows.
- Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational speed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in inventory management or logistics coordination.
- Prior experience in the Mining, Energy, or Natural Resources industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
