Business Trends Philippines is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our international trade operations, ensuring seamless flow of goods from overseas vendors to local markets.
As our Inventory & Logistics Specialist, you will spearhead end-to-end import and export processes, maintain precise inventory levels, and serve as the primary point of contact for our international logistics partners. We are looking for an analytical mind capable of optimizing delivery schedules and managing vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with local and international vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and lead times.
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with local customs and trade regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment cycles.
- Track and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of shipments from overseas suppliers.
- Resolve logistics discrepancies, including shipping delays, documentation errors, or cargo damage.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incoming and outgoing shipments within the ERP system.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, freight costs, and logistics performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in import/export operations or inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of local customs processes, shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices), and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain productive relationships with international vendors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
