We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Manager to take charge of our inventory control operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead inventory reporting, conduct regular audits, and manage system data to ensure stock accuracy and compliance. Your strategic approach and analytical skills will drive operational efficiency and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
As the Inventory Management Manager, you will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve inventory turnover. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of inventory professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and policies
- Lead inventory reporting, analysis, and audit processes
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Manage inventory system data integrity and improvements
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to optimize stock levels
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance
- Mentor and develop inventory control team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
