Join Growve Inc. as an Inventory Management Specialist and become a critical player in our supply chain optimization. In this hybrid role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end inventory operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment while maintaining optimal stock levels across our manufacturing and logistics networks. - Oversee end-to-end order processing and inventory tracking systems
- Optimize stock levels through demand forecasting and replenishment strategies
- Implement and maintain accurate pricing structures for product portfolios
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and analytics for operational insights
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
- Develop process improvements for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced skills in data analysis using Excel and reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
