Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain excellence? Smc Food Processing is looking for a proactive Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our food products are tracked, stored, and distributed with precision and efficiency.
You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining inventory integrity, minimizing stock discrepancies, and streamlining the movement of goods. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and reconciliation audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and safety protocols are met.
- Implement and monitor inventory management best practices to minimize waste and stock-outs.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to manage stock movement seamlessly.
- Maintain documentation and reports for inventory performance, ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, providing actionable solutions to improve operational workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
