Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand
- Develop and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for inventory turnover and accuracy
- Streamline warehouse operations and coordinate with logistics partners
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehousing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis)
- Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
