Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods accurately.
- Manage logistics coordination and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of farm produce.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce carrying costs.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse organization protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in inventory management or logistics within the manufacturing or agricultural industry.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and stock rotation methods.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
