- Accurately record and update all inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and issuances, within the NetSuite ERP system.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies and ensuring alignment between physical counts and system records.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports, such as stock levels, aging reports, and consumption analyses, for management review.
- Collaborate with warehousing, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data exchange.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, supporting optimal supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices to enhance operational accuracy.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Inventory Encoder, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using NetSuite ERP for inventory management and data encoding.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to inventory valuation is an advantage.
