Broad Far Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our growing team in Batam. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory levels are precisely maintained, organized, and optimized to meet operational demands.
As an Inventory Officer, you will be the backbone of our stock management processes. You will collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse staff, and various departments to ensure seamless product flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Execute accurate recording of all inventory movements, including incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and return processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address inventory shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain well-organized storage systems and warehouse records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review, highlighting stock trends and issues.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent loss and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Officer, or in a similar stock management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
- Experience working with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia, with English proficiency being a plus.
