- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records
- Verify accuracy of inventory transactions and maintain real-time data integrity
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve inventory variances
- Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses
- Assist in periodic physical audits and cycle count initiatives
- Maintain compliance with inventory management policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
