Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory trends to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for seamless supply flow
- Implement inventory control procedures and compliance standards
- Generate inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Support cycle count initiatives and inventory improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and inventory software
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
