You'll spearhead daily inventory operations, implement process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to maintain accurate stock levels across all sales channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigations for inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth stock flow
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies
- Develop and maintain inventory management SOPs and compliance protocols
- Supervise inventory staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional inventory requirements
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years inventory management experience in e-commerce or retail
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Experience leading teams and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
