- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for various product lines
- Create and implement inventory planning strategies to balance stock levels with demand
- Monitor key inventory metrics such as turnover rates, stockouts, and carrying costs
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align inventory plans with business objectives
- Regularly review and adjust safety stock levels based on demand variability and lead times
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate inventory performance to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting
