- Analyze demand patterns and inventory data to optimize stock levels and minimize overstock/understock scenarios
- Develop and maintain inventory plans aligned with sales forecasts and promotional calendars
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment and delivery
- Monitor key inventory metrics (turnover, accuracy, obsolescence) and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular inventory reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory strategies with market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in inventory planning, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and forecast trends
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, EOQ, safety stock)
