Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely dispatch.
- Analyze sales data and historical trends to optimize inventory replenishment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and generate regular stock reports.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and manage supplier relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock counts and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory planning, logistics, or fulfilment.
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
