Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, CP, EXIM, DC) and international PICs to ensure flawless order execution.
- Monitor and analyze international inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply lead times to optimize stock holdings.
- Develop and maintain robust inventory planning models to minimize stockouts and reduce obsolete inventory.
- Manage the end-to-end export order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports on inventory accuracy, turnover rates, and supply chain KPIs.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement to align inbound materials with international production and distribution plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or international logistics.
- Solid understanding of Export-Import (EXIM) regulations, documentation, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / JDE / Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma is a plus).
