In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, forecasting future demand, and implementing strategies that reduce stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive inventory planning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels and adjust procurement schedules to maintain optimal inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Identify and mitigate inventory risks, such as obsolescence and stock discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory performance metrics, including fill rates and stock aging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or supply chain management within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing carrying costs.
