Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping for all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and manage stock movements efficiently.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems and databases with real-time data.
- Assist in generating detailed reports regarding stock levels, consumption trends, and shortages.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards regarding inventory handling and storage.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
