In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate, optimized, and ready to meet the demands of our industrial clients.
As an Inventory Specialist, you will oversee the lifecycle of our warehouse stock, from receiving and logging shipments to performing rigorous cycle counts and reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of industrial goods to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize stock and maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, initiating investigations to determine root causes.
- Process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, including delivery receipts and invoices.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate real-time reports.
- Implement lean inventory practices to minimize excess stock and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and warehouse operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar logistics role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting and lift moderate loads as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of reliability and proactive problem-solving.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and best practices.
