- Maintain real-time inventory records and documentation across multiple product lines
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory
- Analyze inventory trends and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for efficient inventory operations
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
