We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the seamless flow of goods from our warehouse to the sales floor. You will work closely with the store management, visual merchandisers, and the logistics team to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily inventory transactions, ensuring accurate receiving, transferring, and return of merchandise.
- Perform cycle counts and full physical inventories according to established schedules and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing transaction histories and physical stock.
- Maintain organized stockroom and back-of-house areas to facilitate efficient picking and replenishment.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports (e.g., slow movers, stock out alerts) to support purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure shelf labels and pricing are accurate.
- Enforce safety and security procedures to prevent theft and damage to inventory.
- Assist in the training of new staff on inventory management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Experience with ERP or Inventory Management Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry moderate weight items (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) and located in Angeles City, Pampanga.
