Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Monitor and update inventory records in the system, ensuring data integrity across all logistics platforms.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production and transport departments to facilitate timely dispatch of goods.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged stock immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle physical tasks as required.
- Willing to work on a full-time, shifting schedule as needed.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan.
