As an integral part of our operations, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock availability, and optimizing our supply chain processes. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying discrepancies. You'll work closely with our purchasing and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock when necessary
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss and damage
- Assist in the development and improvement of inventory management processes
- Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in inventory management or stock control (1-2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to inventory valuation
