Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily receiving operations of local parts to ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% data accuracy within the warehouse management system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory records, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with procurement and production planning teams to streamline the flow of inbound materials.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, 5S methodologies, and Honda’s global logistics quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Expertise in inventory control methodologies, including First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and Just-In-Time (JIT) processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to shifting production priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
