Sunny & Scramble is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory-related duties to ensure the seamless flow of goods and accuracy of stock levels. We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, minimize loss, and ensure our supply chain meets the highest standards of quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all inventory-related duties, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Manage the receiving, inspection, and dispatch of goods, ensuring quality control before stock release.
- Utilize inventory management software (ERP/WMS) to track stock movements, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage, waste, and theft.
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and optimize storage space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in inventory supervision, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, supply chain operations, and loss prevention.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
