Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and enforce all inventory control procedures and security protocols to protect company assets.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent future losses.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for inventory handling and data entry.
- Manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all records are updated in the ERP system in real-time.
- Report directly to management on inventory performance, shrinkage rates, and logistics efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse supervision, or logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (ERP).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices, cycle counting, and audit procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Subic, Zambales.
