Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory control procedures to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Enforce strict security protocols to safeguard company assets and reduce shrinkage.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and provide training on best practices in inventory handling.
- Analyze stock movement data to provide accurate reports to management for procurement planning.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure an efficient working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments seamlessly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a culture of integrity and security.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
