Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure 99%+ accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum space utilization
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
