Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activitiesDevelop and execute manpower schedules to align with operational requirements and peak periodsImplement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts/auditsTrain and mentor inventory staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and performance standardsAnalyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and prevent shortagesCoordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain flowGenerate inventory reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years in inventory management with team leadership experienceProficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS ExcelStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracyExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of FIFO/LIFO principles and warehouse management systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines
