Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily inventory operations including stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and security of company assets
- Lead inventory audits and investigations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and turnover
- Develop and enforce security protocols to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory
- Train and mentor staff on inventory management best practices and compliance standards
- Generate detailed inventory reports and analytics for management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and loss prevention methodologies
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience with proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between company locations
