Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods according to company standards.
- Conduct regular physical inventories, cycle counts, and spot checks to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures to prevent stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales departments to ensure stock availability aligns with demand forecasts.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company housekeeping policies.
- Analyze inventory reports and trends to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve turnover.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proper documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics supervision.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as required.
- Knowledge of local logistics regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
